X and Y move all text on the screen. W % and H % grow or shrink distances from the Medicare checkbox. 100 leaves those distances as they are. Print X and Print Y move the paper only. Printing removes the form picture and shifts the text up 10 pixels. The page margin is 0. Leave the print window Margins on Default, and turn off headers and footers.
